Job Description

Digital360 is a pioneer in two innovative business areas with high growth potential worldwide: MarTech and ConsulTech. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to develop our business in the cybersecurity segment for medium and large enterprises in the North and Central Italy regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure sales targets are met for the Cybersecurity division
  • Acquire new customers and develop the existing portfolio
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: targeting, prospecting, presenting the commercial offer, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Manage C-Level contacts for CISO, CTO, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Technical-Sales team to identify new sales opportunities and develop them through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Manage the CRM system and weekly reporting
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Commercial aptitude and ability to work independently with clients
  • Proven commercial skills, demonstrated by sales experience and customer management
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity sector, passion, and understanding of key technical aspects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work towards individual and shared objectives
  • Additional skills include excellent relational skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in the sector (commercial area)
  • Availability for business trips
  • Good knowledge of the English language
