About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful individual to join our dynamic team as a Service Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting service operations and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare documentation prior to service interventions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Plan and coordinate service interventions, allocating resources and materials as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
