Crm Relationship Manager

The CRM Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives to keep the customer base active and engaged.
This role requires a precise, data-driven individual with a superior level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across consumer and trade clients.
- Manage and safeguard the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while continuously enhancing contact information.
- Analyze customer data to segment the customer base, creating personalized engagements and better customer experiences.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to nurture relationships with customers, planning both digital and physical touchpoints.
- Create personal engagement opportunities for VIP customers.
- Develop a customer loyalty program that fits a luxury brand and is relevant for the industry.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams to constantly improve customer experience.
- Monitor and report on CRM activities.
We need someone with knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies in digital contexts, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a positive can-do attitude.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in CRM roles, preferably in e-commerce or digital companies.
They should have experience building complex customer journeys, utilizing data to automate whenever possible, and strong analytical skills.
They should also be familiar with multivariate testing techniques and have experience working with analytics/insight to turn it into a concrete plan.
