Position Overview

As a Global Customer Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to deliver critical insights and recommendations to our organization. This key role is vital for understanding customer behaviors, preferences, and needs, serving as the foundation for crafting effective marketing strategies and improving overall customer engagement.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to align customer insights with our business objectives, ultimately aiming to derive actionable business insights and enhance sales performance through a comprehensive approach to data analysis, including product sales, price sensitivity, seasonality, and competitive analysis, alongside KPI monitoring and tailored reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data from diverse databases to drive optimization and enhance business insights Convert data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for marketers and other stakeholders Conduct regular analyses of product pricing and revenue, along with KPI monitoring and reporting Generate data for ad-hoc analyses that facilitate a deeper understanding of specific business inquiries Design and implement data flows from a data warehouse, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of data structures and utilizing SQL (Python knowledge is advantageous) Develop, construct, and maintain Business KPI dashboards from raw and varied data to guarantee data quality, enrichment, and clarity Gather customer insights through Speech Analytics

Qualifications

A University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics Relevant experience (X years) working with large datasets and creating statistical models and dashboards Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and statistical formulas), Power BI, or other data analysis tools Advanced skills in SQL (Python knowledge is a plus) Strong analytical capabilities, mathematical skills, and business insight, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including strong influencing abilities Fluent in English and eager to work within multicultural and dynamic teams Willingness to travel as required
