Job Overview

At Amazon, we're seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Account Executive to join our advertising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic advertisers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relations with advertisers and influence media spend within the account based on your understanding of the customer needs and expectations.
  • Negotiate branding solutions on multiple touch points and be able to handle complex discussions.
  • Implement the framework and coverage for assigned strategic accounts and discover new opportunities for business growth across your client vertical.
  • Grow relationships at all levels within the client and the agency for your strategic accounts to increase their knowledge of how Amazon can create deeper advertising partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally and ensure the highest level of customer service provided to all clients.

Requirements

  • Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
  • Experience in media buying or selling (connected TV, TV, video strategies).
  • Proven track record of success at building relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization.
  • Knowledge of and relationships within the industry across publishers, clients, and agencies.
  • Talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be adept at dealing with ambiguity.
  • Advanced level of English and Italian.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree educated, ideally in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • International working context.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization.
