Field Service Technician - Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As an Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and periodic inspections of electric vehicle charging stations. You will also be responsible for monitoring the stock of tools, managing electrical measurements, and working in compliance with good practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform equipment repairs, modifications, and periodic inspections of electric vehicle charging stations;
  • Monitor the stock of tools and ensure that all necessary equipment is available;
  • Manage electrical measurements following internal protocols and legal regulations;
  • Work in compliance with good practice standards and ensure the highest level of quality;
  • Build strong, long-lasting business relationships with customers and contractors;
  • Report to the line manager on the progress of work and provide regular updates.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum technical secondary education, preferably in electrical, electronics, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in servicing electrical equipment;
  • Residence in Italy;
  • Ability to work outside and travel frequently;
  • Knowledge of Italian (C2 - native) and English (B2); knowledge of Polish is beneficial;
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation;
  • Electrical qualifications;
  • Driving license cat. B;
  • High interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent organization of own work.
