About the Role

As a Sales Manager - End User Printing at Hewlett-Packard, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the End User Printing segment. This role requires a strong understanding of the printing industry and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the End User Printing segment.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near- and long-term opportunities.
  • Deal Management: Review deals to ensure soundness and problem-free processing by HP back-end operations.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that reflect HP's business strategy, to advance market share/penetration, and achieve profitable growth.
  • Leadership and Management: Assess and manage employee performance to ensure individual and group excellence with special focus on career path of direct reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years experience in a Sales Team Management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead effectively in a complex environment, and deliver results.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the printing industry and business development principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency: Fluency in English.
