Your Role

We are seeking a Client Consultant to join our vibrant team, reporting directly to the Boutique Manager. This role is based in a prestigious location and is integral to our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for fostering client relationships and discerning customer preferences to guarantee a superior and professional experience for every visitor. The ideal individual will embody the brand's values, actively engage in client development, and promote the philosophy of our luxury brand, all aimed at enhancing sales performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a customer-centric environment
  • Proficient in both Italian and English; additional language skills are highly valued
  • A genuine enthusiasm for luxury goods
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
