Hostess.it, azienda leader nel settore dell'ospitalità, cerca un Telesales Specialist per il proprio team di vendita a Milano.

L'obiettivo principale del candidato sarà quello di supportare il team commerciale nel processo di vendita, analizzando i KPI's più importanti e identificando nuove opportunità di business.
Il candidato dovrà inoltre acquisire e sviluppare nuovi clienti attraverso diversi canali di vendita, sotto la supervisione del Head of Sales.

Per svolgere questo ruolo, il candidato dovrà avere una buona conoscenza dei dati e delle analisi, nonché delle competenze economico-finanziarie di base.
La persona ideale per questo ruolo sarà quella che è fortemente orientata all'obiettivo, con una visione di lungo periodo e una buona capacità di ascolto.

Hostess.it offre un Stage di 6 mesi e l'inserimento in una rete professionalmente strutturata, con un Rimborso spese di € 600 netti e l'accesso a software Crm.
Il candidato dovrà avere una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) e una buona cultura di base.
