About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Sensient Technologies Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Personal & Home Care business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal to create opportunities and deploy necessary actions to secure growth.
  • Manage a distributor, keeping them updated on all our activity, conducting joint meetings with their main customers, and providing up-to-date training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and ensure success in the role.
  • Report in a timely manner on common platforms used and communicate accordingly with our different support services.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B technical sales (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results.
  • Strategic approach to developing and winning business, being savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian (or committed to fast learning the missing one).
  • Drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
