About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, customer enablement, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of IBM products and be able to communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership for building a pipeline of deals
  • Running desk training, tool training, and driving product mind share
  • Communicating product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams
  • Weekly reporting to the vendor
  • Supporting the execution of business/marketing plans
  • Being the point of contact for customer care issues from the sales floor
Requirements
  • IBM portfolio knowledge
  • Customer focus
  • Building structured sales activity
  • Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio
  • English intermediate, Italian fluent
