About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Amazon Business team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing strategies to meet the needs of our business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze and define customer procurement needs to design how Amazon Business can solve their operational and strategic challenges.
  2. Procurement Solution Design: Advise customers on setting up a comprehensive procurement solution using Amazon Business to accelerate their digital transformation.
  3. Product Development Opportunities: Identify new product development opportunities. Collect and relay customer needs to internal Amazon teams including Product, Tech, Category management, and others to continuously innovate on behalf of customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Italian and English language proficiency
  • Experience in Sales managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Business-To-Business (B2B) sales
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in private or public organizations
  • Expertise in Procurement
  • Proven ability to influence others to achieve outstanding results
