About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Ecommerce Activation Supervisor at Mondelez International. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of digital commerce and category planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability for Mondelez International and our customers.
  • Lead the development of category annual plans and participate in strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with key account managers to implement plans and deliver annual targets.
  • Monitor market dynamics and consumer insights to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Play a leadership role within the multi-categories teams and provide accurate and relevant channel point of sale information to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics, Business, Trade Marketing, Ecommerce, or Digital Marketing.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in ecommerce, with a recent one in a similar role.
  • Cross-functional background and experience in FMCG/eFMCG.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mind and ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data.
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
