Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations, to ensure compliance and adherence.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives.
