Spare Parts Business Development Manager

Cimbali Group S.p.A. is a leading manufacturer of professional coffee equipment, renowned for innovative technologies and designs. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Spare Parts Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the spare parts business across all Group brands, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with regional and market teams to drive business development and ensure consistent execution across individual areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts to provide exceptional service and support.
- Oversee the maintenance and coordination of weekly and monthly reporting for spare parts business KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows nationally and internationally, promoting market presence and participation.
- Develop and manage price lists for spare parts across all Group product lines and brands, ensuring compliance with company distribution policies.
- Collaborate with the service contract management team to ensure effective spare parts policies and procurement processes.
- Lead the redesign of internal processes related to spare parts and the business model, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure an adequate customer spare parts order book, in compliance with corporate distribution spare parts policy, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- Manage the certified spare parts portal, maintaining and updating products and service levels in collaboration with Materials Management, ATC, and Logistics.
- Functionally manage the spare parts ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Strong educational background, preferably a bachelor's degree in economics, communications, or engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, creating insightful reports for key stakeholders.
- Experience in team working, with a proven track record of collaboration and leadership.
- Well-traveled, with a strong background in business development and multi-level team management.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a passion for innovation and improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial data, including P&L and performance reports.
- Strong mental agility and curiosity, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
