Spare Parts Business Development Manager

Cimbali Group S.p.A. is a leading manufacturer of professional coffee equipment, renowned for innovative technologies and designs. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Spare Parts Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the spare parts business across all Group brands, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with regional and market teams to drive business development and ensure consistent execution across individual areas.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts to provide exceptional service and support.
  4. Oversee the maintenance and coordination of weekly and monthly reporting for spare parts business KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate data.
  5. Represent the company at industry trade shows nationally and internationally, promoting market presence and participation.
  6. Develop and manage price lists for spare parts across all Group product lines and brands, ensuring compliance with company distribution policies.
  7. Collaborate with the service contract management team to ensure effective spare parts policies and procurement processes.
  8. Lead the redesign of internal processes related to spare parts and the business model, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  9. Ensure an adequate customer spare parts order book, in compliance with corporate distribution spare parts policy, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Customer Service.
  10. Manage the certified spare parts portal, maintaining and updating products and service levels in collaboration with Materials Management, ATC, and Logistics.
  11. Functionally manage the spare parts ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Strong educational background, preferably a bachelor's degree in economics, communications, or engineering.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  3. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, creating insightful reports for key stakeholders.
  4. Experience in team working, with a proven track record of collaboration and leadership.
  5. Well-traveled, with a strong background in business development and multi-level team management.
  6. Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a passion for innovation and improvement.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Familiarity with financial data, including P&L and performance reports.
  9. Strong mental agility and curiosity, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
