Territory Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in North Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory of retail accounts, developing strong relationships with our retail partners, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a territory of retail accounts across North Italy, including negotiating secondary contributions and ensuring product presence on shelves.
  2. Develop and maintain the agreed product assortment, monitor competitor activities, and implement promotional areas.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to process orders for direct delivery and utilize SAP, Bibo, and Salesforce for tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the retail channel.
  • University degree or high school diploma.
  • Fluent Italian and communicative English (written & spoken).
  • Driving license and willingness to travel 90% of the time.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
