Job Description

Synergie Italia S.p.a. is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its team as a Customer Engagement Specialist in its Milan Sud office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement and Commercial Project team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and workshops.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to inform business decisions.
  • Support the implementation of commercial projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including social media and website content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Location: Milan Sud

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Contract: Initial fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal

Salary and Benefits: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
