La nostra azienda "Tn Italy" è alla ricerca di un HR Business Developer per la nostra filiale di Borgo Panigale (BO).

Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di sviluppare e gestire un portafoglio clienti nel settore HR, promuovendo i nostri servizi HR e identificando nuove opportunità di business.

Le principali responsabilità del ruolo includono:

  • Sviluppare e gestire un portafoglio clienti nel settore HR;
  • Promuovere i nostri servizi HR, inclusi consulenza, formazione e gestione delle risorse umane;
  • Identificare nuove opportunità di business e ampliare la rete di contatti;
  • Collaborare con il team per garantire la massima soddisfazione dei clienti.

Il candidato ideale possiederà:

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni maturata in contesti di Agenzie per il Lavoro come Commerciale;
  • Laurea specialistica in materie umanistiche o economiche;
  • Autonomia nella mappatura del territorio e nell'esecuzione di pratiche commerciali efficaci;
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del territorio dell'Emilia Romagna e/o in particolare della provincia di Bologna;
  • Forte passione e propensione per il settore HR;
  • Ottime doti comunicative e commerciali;
  • Capacità di lavoro in team, proattività e intraprendenza.

Il luogo di lavoro sarà a Borgo Panigale (BO) e l'orario di lavoro sarà full time, dal lunedì al venerdì con orario 9:00-13:00 14:00-18:00.
