Partnership & Business Development Specialist - Workshop Concepts

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership & Business Development Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement partnership and category management strategies in the Italian market, aligned with local and European teams.
- Deploy pan-EU deals in line with local requirements and workshop needs.
- Negotiate partnerships and agreements with OEMs and intermediaries, identifying new opportunities and scouting market trends.
- Manage supplier relationships, develop joint marketing plans, and oversee planning, execution, and performance with each partner.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Continuously scout the market for opportunities, recommending improvements and new collaborations to enhance partnership growth.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
- Completed university degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Strong result-orientation, self-motivation, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and presentation and communication capabilities.
- Advanced experience in category management/business development in the IAM or comparable industries, with experience in retail/network desirable.
- Good understanding of the IAM market and workshop concepts.
- Business fluency in Italian and English (writing and speaking).
