Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partnership and category management strategies to drive business growth in the Italian market.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with key suppliers and OEMs to ensure alignment with Bosch's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities and develop joint marketing plans to exploit these opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with key partners to ensure long-term business success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Completed university degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced experience in category management and business development, with a strong understanding of the IAM market and workshop concepts.
  • Business fluent in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
