About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Network Managed Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex network issues and provide advanced troubleshooting support
  • Collaborate with customer's Network Operations team and Network Projects team to ensure seamless network services
  • Act as a senior network engineer role in NTT team, delivering high-quality operational services to the customer's organization
  • Investigate third-line support calls and identify the root cause of incidents and problems
  • Escalate issues to 3rd party vendors when necessary
  • Provide continuous feedback to customers and affected parties, and update all systems and portals as defined in service procedures and processes
  • Communicate with other teams for extending support
  • Execute and support changes to infrastructure with clear identification of risks and mitigations
  • Monitor customer infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities for work optimization
  • Produce trend analysis tickets reports

Requirements

  • IT educational background
  • At least 5 years of experience in Network Operations environment with a medium/high complex infrastructure
  • Cisco Certification (CCNA/CCNP)
  • Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
  • Able to maintain a positive outlook at work
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Able to work in a virtual and hybrid team
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (French is a plus)
  • Available to travel abroad when required by customer
  • Available to be part of on-duty scheduling plan
