Our Team
We are a dynamic and growing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Desk Hospitality Representative, you will be the face of Sonder and play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an amazing stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring they are able to make the most of their stay and use our technology features.
- Utilize digital communication systems to receive guest calls, SMS, and live chats, and offer immediate support from the Front Desk.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist building leadership with administrative tasks required to keep all operations running smoothly.
- Flex to support the back-of-house/Hospitality Agent team on a day-to-day basis as needs arise.
- Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces.
What We Look For
- A personable and guest-centric individual who loves interacting with others and finding solutions to problems.
- Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with the ability to switch between multiple desktop and mobile applications.
- Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
