The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and experience in leading sales teams. Native or fluent Italian and excellent English language skills are required. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring 100% sales plan realization, organizing training and support, and contributing to market research. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in a comparable role within the tech products market
  • Experience in leading sales teams
  • Native or highly fluent Italian, excellent English language skills
  • Leadership, time management, and team-oriented mindset with critical thinking
