Customer Experience Strategist

Genesys is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. This role is a key position within the company, responsible for establishing lifelong relationships with customers by advising and equipping them to achieve their customer experience vision.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of CCaaS technology, platforms, partners, terms, business practices, KPIs, and features. They will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to present to C-level executives and build long-lasting relationships.
This role involves managing a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary business point of contact throughout their customer journey. The successful candidate will understand customers' business value drivers, success criteria, and KPIs to develop Customer Success Plans (actionable blueprints by which the Customer Success Manager and customers can achieve mutual success).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary business point of contact throughout their customer journey
- Develop Customer Success Plans that align with customers' business objectives
- Prescribe the adoption and use of product features/functionality and services to achieve key customer business outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
