About Blu Selection: We are a global manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners. Our team is made up of professionals from over 25 different nationalities, and we are proud of our international work environment.

Your Role: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and developing existing client accounts, expanding business and customer portfolios, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will analyze and monitor monthly and yearly sales KPI performance and budget progress, and work closely with our project manager team to identify and develop new projects.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in managing sales accounts within the Beauty and Cosmetics industry. You will need to have an ownership attitude, a willingness to learn through new challenges, and the capability to get results and lead sales accounts. You will also need to be proficient in Italian and English, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems is a plus.
