We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Pricing Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies and market intelligence analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with local and global division goals, taking into account value, competition, and cost/profit.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Management to develop local pricing guidelines and support the creation of product price positioning and price lists.
- Drive increased profitability through the establishment of a professional pricing infrastructure and provide data to support sales strategy development.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Management Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on B2B marketing in an international and multi-channel environment.
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation Products, with a specific focus on Drives, Motors, and PLC products.
- Strategic thinking, customer focus, and pricing excellence orientation.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
