Job Description

We seek highly skilled and multilingual professionals to join our Customer Success Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with hoteliers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Communicating effectively with hoteliers via phone and email to ensure their needs are met.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive environment by following up on registrations and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with hoteliers through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Task Force Team as needed to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Verifying and following up on extranet-related issues and resolutions.
  • Onboarding new customers onto our channel manager connections and ensuring a seamless integration process.
  • Assisting with Accounting Manager tasks to maintain customer retention and portfolio growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Prior experience in front office operations, preferably in OTA and/or Tour Operator environments.
  • Fluency in Italian and at least two additional languages (English, Spanish, French).
  • Proficiency in MS Office package and Gmail applications (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites).
  • Strong self-motivation and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 Euro/month, along with stable hiring prospects and a dynamic work environment. You will have the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
