L'incaricato del Technical Office & R&D Manager è responsabile della gestione dell'Ufficio Tecnico della Maison Buccellati. La risorsa coordinerà il team tecnico, supervisionando la progettazione, l'innovazione e l'industrializzazione delle principali creazioni.

Responsabilità principali
  • Coordinare e supervisionare il team tecnico per garantire il rispetto delle scadenze e degli standard di qualità nei progetti di progettazione e sviluppo.
  • Collaborare con la Produzione e il dipartimento di External Production Planning per ottimizzare i processi di progettazione ed industrializzazione, implementando soluzioni tecniche innovative.
  • Supporto nella realizzazione di prototipi e testing, dalla fase di prototipazione fino alla produzione.
  • Assicurare che tutta la documentazione tecnica (manuali, disegni, specifiche, certificazioni) sia aggiornata e conforme agli standard normativi e qualitativi.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico per la gestione delle richieste tecniche del dipartimento Design e degli artigiani per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.
  • Guidare lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie, monitorando le tendenze del mercato e le innovazioni tecnologiche per garantire la competitività della Maison.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale, Economia o discipline affini;
  • Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari, con focus specifico su Ricerca & Sviluppo;
  • Esperienza con tecniche di Lean Manufacturing e Miglioramento Continuo;
  • Conoscenza di CAD, CAM, PLM e SAP;
  • Fluente in italiano e inglese. Ogni altra lingua è considerata un plus;
  • Sviluppate abilità manageriali, con capacità di leadership & gestione di team;
  • Attitudine al pensiero strategico ed abilità nella gestione di progetti interfunzionali;
