About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Account Development professional to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retailer partners, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the retail market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our retailer partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding business relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
