Strategic HR Business Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Arcese Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and thought leadership on HR matters to employees and managers
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement employee lifecycle processes and execute the People Strategy
- Collaborate with the business to develop and execute people-focused strategies supporting business goals
- Work on impactful projects and serve as an ambassador of our cultural change journey
About You:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree
- You have previous experience in managing blue-collar employees
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the role
- You are a self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
- You can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- You possess solid communication skills and the ability to build fruitful relationships with stakeholders
