Sales Development Representative Italy: Capture New Markets and Drive Business Growth

As a Sales Development Representative in our Milan office, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new customers for our Sales team while closing and building out your own account within the lower segments. Your primary responsibility will be to develop our Go-To-Market strategy and find new ways to grow our influence in the Italian market, contributing to Forto's business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new customers for the Sales team, as well as closing and building out your own account within the lower segments.
- Develop our Go-To-Market strategy and find new ways to grow our influence in the Italian market.
- Drive forward our platform solutions to create value for our customer's supply chain needs by onboarding low-segment customers yourself.
- Support our Field Sales Managers in maturing leads and the overall customer pipeline.
- Investigate the issues of your potential customers and consult them about possible solutions to add real value through our products and services.
- Fluent language proficiency in Italian (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level).
- First experience in sales, customer-facing, or freight forwarding role.
- Highly motivated, curious, with a can-do attitude and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to captivate people through outstanding communication skills, showing empathy and understanding the needs of your counterpart.
