Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at CAP INGELEC, you will play a crucial role in reinforcing our Italian team in sales development. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our clients in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, and Pharmaceutical industries.

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a network of contacts and business development activities to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to identify and address their needs, with the goal of signing contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction and project implementation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a good level of French being a plus.
