Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our users by responding to their requests in a helpful and empathetic manner.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Identify frequent issues and opportunities, and share feedback with relevant teams.
  • Represent Bending Spoons in addressing user product reviews and collecting insights.
  • Prepare FAQs and improve customer care notes and document support.
Requirements
  • Reasoning ability: You can solve complex problems and think from first principles.
  • Drive: You are extremely ambitious and take initiative to achieve results.
  • Team spirit: You are a team player who supports the best idea and is willing to get your hands dirty to help your team.
  • Proficiency in English: You read, write, and speak English proficiently.
