Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team, specifically focusing on pricing and revenue optimization across all Amplifon EMEA markets.

The selected candidate will take charge of managing pricing, portfolio, and promotional strategies aimed at maximizing Total Revenues per Head and profit margins by refining the local customer offerings through:

Design and maintenance of product and service portfolios Definition and monitoring of pricing and promotional strategies

For the designated EMEA countries, the candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis to:

Gain deep insights into sales and revenue performance trends in the market, utilizing advanced data analysis and visualization tools such as DataIku, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau Continuously monitor Average Selling Price, Discounts, and margin performance, assisting local Customer Offering teams in identifying issues, areas for improvement, and recommending actions to achieve targets Contribute to the monthly financial forecasting process (Average Selling Price and Mix forecasting) Monitor competitive landscape Collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, and Retail Excellence teams to effectively define and execute the commercial strategy in stores Continuously optimize the product and service portfolio offerings Maintain and enhance reporting and KPI monitoring

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management (or related fields such as Revenue Growth or Trade Marketing) within global organizations A Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or other disciplines with a strong numerical focus A data-driven approach to decision-making and complex problem-solving, complemented by business acumen and commercial insight A positive and enthusiastic demeanor with high resilience to risks, challenges, and pressure Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial mindset High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), as well as PowerPoint Proficient in English (minimum B level required) Commitment to promoting openness and transparency A passion for learning and research, with an openness to feedback and diverse perspectives A dedication to embracing diversity and cultural differences, with a commitment to enhancing sustainability A true team player who inspires and supports others in achieving their best
