About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on revenue and margin development, as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new prospects and deliver cold calls to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to grow, maintain, and leverage your network.
  • Identify how Accuris solutions can address clients' goals and strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships through value selling with new and existing customers.
  • Manage and supervise contractual and administrative processes in line with internal guidelines and with the support of the Accuris team.
  • Deliver reliable and accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Accuris team and management to deliver excellence to existing and potential customers.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a SaaS business development manager or sales executive, with a proven sales track record.
  • Italian native speaker and proficiency in English (French and/or Spanish are a plus).
  • Knowledge of the Italian market.
  • Excellent communication, relationship, negotiation, time management, and planning skills.
  • Integrity and collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC qualification methodology is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML/NLP is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree (ideally in Engineering or Economics).
