Job Summary

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners. You will work closely with your portfolio partners to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo.

You will be based in our offices and report to the Head of Enterprise Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
  • Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs, including Business Development, Operations, Corporate, and Customer Service.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or business development. Previous experience in consulting is also an option.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English.
