About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining existing customer relationships for Kubota engines. This position serves as the primary point of contact for distributors, customers, and Kubota's global sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Kubota's market share and customer base.

Collaborate with Kubota's engineering team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Travel regularly to visit customers, assess market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor market data and provide insights to inform sales decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

Associate's degree in a relevant field or significant experience in sales and business development.

At least 5 years of experience in selling industrial products, with a proven track record of success.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional level of written and spoken English.

Ability to drive a car and travel by air.

Teleworking options available.
