Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting initial solutions and commercial proposals in various domains, including electrical High Voltage Substation services, FACTS services, advanced service offerings, predictive maintenance, innovative solutions, and digital enhancements of electrical assets within the High Voltage Grid Business Plan using appropriate tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to execute the Service sales strategy. Engage with the Installed Base, advocate for diverse upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions that benefit the customer. Comprehend the channel strategy, establish relevant pricing, and prepare sales plans, reviewing and proposing recovery strategies as necessary;
  • Generate leads for Service sales and identify new market opportunities by leveraging market trend data and exploring potential new service offerings;
  • Build enduring customer relationships by grasping customer needs and applicable regulations while showcasing comprehensive technical knowledge of service products and solutions to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM). Document customer feedback and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales journey;
  • Develop a streamlined Installed Base data management strategy, integrating with existing and developing tools. Define processes and automate IB data collection wherever feasible. Support existing processes with service teams to structure the capture and updating of IB data. Establish an effective and qualitative IB capturing approach, initially focusing on selected industrial segments, with plans to expand to other segments in the future. Collaborate closely with other IB managers and users to ensure a business user perspective and optimal outcomes, as well as with R&D for IS and automation development opportunities;
  • Participate in risk assessments concerning pricing and quality. Input necessary information into the appropriate customer database. Ensure technical reliability, safety, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements. Adhere to health and safety regulations;
  • Uphold core values of safety and integrity, which entails taking responsibility for personal actions while caring for colleagues and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Automation, or Electronic Engineering;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Proficient analytical skills, proactive approach, and customer-centric mindset;
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Italian;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
