Our Team

Agoda's Customer Support Team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, who come from all over the world. We understand that travel can be unpredictable, and we're committed to helping our customers navigate any challenges they may face. Our team is passionate about delivering a high level of service, and we're always looking for ways to improve our processes and products.

In this Role

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of our customers through various communication channels. You will also be accountable for meeting individual and team goals, and for identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  2. Understand and deliver business strategies to improve customer services through the execution of self-service initiatives.
  3. Meet individual and team goals, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  1. Advanced command of spoken and written Italian and English language (level C1 or higher according to The Common European Framework).
  2. Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  3. Excellent listening skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  4. Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  5. Ability to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
  6. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  7. Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
