MotorK is a leading sales and marketing technology company specializing in the automotive sector. Our cloud-based products and services are designed to empower manufacturers and dealerships to enhance their sales strategies and provide the best digital customer experience possible.
We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our expanding Sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their national sales companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual who has a proven track record in B2B software sales, particularly in the automotive OEM sector. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of sales and marketing in this industry and be passionate about driving digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet quarterly objectives
- Identify and target potential clients in alignment with the company's overall strategy
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within OEMs and national sales companies
- Lead negotiations and effectively manage the entire sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor and report sales performance on a regular basis
Requirements
- Sales experience in automotive retail and enterprise software
- Knowledge of SaaS, CRM, Digital Marketing, and e-Shopping
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Proven track record in accelerating sales cycles and closing complex deals
- Understanding of business practices and industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Italian native
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Working pattern and location
- 40 hours per week, permanent contract
- Monday – Friday
- Field based role - office based in Milan
