Per azienda cliente operante nel settore tessile lusso cerchiamo un customer service specialist junior da inserire in organico. Il profilo collaborerà con il/i Regional Manager responsabile/i dei mercati assegnati, interagendo internamente con i dipartimenti produzione, acquisti, logistica, accounting.

Nello specifico, le sue mansioni prevedono:

  • Gestione di tutto il processo dell'ordine a partire dall'inserimento della proforma, monitoraggio della produzione, stock check prodotti disponibili, assistenza post vendita, claims and returns, sostituzioni.
  • Comunicazione quotidiana con la rete vendita nei mercati assegnati.
  • Aggiornamento costante ed accurato delle anagrafiche clienti, del portafoglio ordini e del planning spedizioni.

Esperienza:

  • Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore o Laurea.
  • 2/3 anni di esperienza in analoga mansione con provenienza dal settore arredo, beni di lusso, tessile.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Propensione al lavoro in team.
  • Precisione.
  • Problem solving.
  • Autonomia, gestione delle responsabilità e delle priorità.
  • Conoscenza Oracle, Metron costituirà titolo preferenziale.
  • Buona conoscenza Microsoft Office (Excel).
