Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Strategic Alliances and Commercial Development Support - Internship role will make an impact:
- Give a proactive contribute to the team in the management of the business and be ready to interact with the all the Company's departments
- Support digital communication activities with constant interaction with digital strategy team, Global Tail Brand group; support the KPI analysis on activities rolled out
- Followup of Marketing material realization with local agencies. Manage the suppliers (contact, preventives, orders and billing). Manage materials life cycle
- In collaboration with Legal department, manage and monitor the definition of the new and current partner contracts, the upload in the local system and the successive approval workflow, the signing of the contract and the start of the delivery
- Support market analysis and the creation of key marketing reporting
- Ensure administrative management of the department and verifying the successive approval workflow
- Supervise the budget of promotional activities. Constant implementation and update of the budget file and monitoring of promotional expenditure through monthly reports. Interaction with Finance on expenses and actual spending versus budget
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Economy or Science
- Good knowledge of Office suite especially Excel
- Must possess following skills: good organization and analytical skills; proactivity; ability to work on more than one project at a time with attention to detail and quality; excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing Italian and English is required
- Occasionally travel is required
