About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business development strategy for network expansion and optimization of Pickup and Returns points (Locker and Counter) in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Amazon's Pickup and Returns network in Italy.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to secure locations for Lockers and Counters.
  • Innovate new solutions to deepen customer conviction in Amazon's Pickup and Returns service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience driving strategic alliances and partnerships for business growth.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis and ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of SQL.
  • Experience leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps.
