Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Manage and build relationships with key retail accounts• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand retail presence• Lead integration and onboarding of new retail partners• Establish effective communication for trade marketing and promotional activities• Provide monthly reports and insights on retail performance• Conduct in-store visits to assess product placements and train sales team• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences• Oversee export operations and optimize export processes• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and marketing teams• Enhance Fler's retail and distribution strategies
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in key account management, trade marketing, or related activities• Knowledge of retail life-cycle and retail language and promotions• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills• Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetics market• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners• Clear and effective communication skills• Fluent English writing and speaking skills
