Il nostro cliente è una solida società leader di mercato nei servizi di Customer Communication Management che, grazie ad un applicativo proprietario, supporta le aziende nel percorso di trasformazione digitale.
In particolare, la realtà si occupa di gestire le comunicazioni (digitali e non) dei suoi clienti, seguendoli a 360°, dalla creazione iniziale del messaggio all’archiviazione finale.
Con un pacchetto clienti di oltre 400 aziende nei più disparati settori, un organico di una cinquantina di persone, nonché un fatturato che supera i 10 milioni, la società si distingue per l’avanguardia tecnologica e la flessibilità delle soluzioni proposte.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
Nell’ottica del potenziamento del team Service, siamo alla ricerca di un Customer Success Specialist a riporto diretto dell’Head of Service.
Inserita in un gruppo di quattro persone, la risorsa in oggetto sarà il principale Focal Point verso i clienti, gestendo la relazione a 360° e fungendo da interlocutore di riferimento in tutti i processi relativi all’applicativo proprietario.
La figura sarà in primo luogo responsabile del monitoraggio del livello di servizio, individuando eventuali criticità e opportunità di up-selling/cross-selling.
Collaborando il team di sviluppo e supporto interno, la risorsa seguirà infine le relazione con il cliente anche nelle fasi di incident, aggiornando i referenti sugli interventi tecnici in essere.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
Richiediamo almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi assieme ad ottime capacità relazionali.
Competenze nella gestione di progettualità IT (e in particolare CRM) in settori ad alto contenuto normativo (es. utilities, bancario, etc.) saranno considerate elemento differenziante.

**Cosa avrai in cambio**
Salary package e inquadramento saranno funzione degli effettivi valori di partenza, seppur prevediamo pacchetti salariali indicativamente compresi tra i 35.000 € e i 45.000 €.
Sede: Milano est, con buona flessibilità in termini di smart working (40%) e 1 giorno di trasferta alla settimana (nord Italia).
