**Customer Service and Business Support Specialist**

La risorsa intraprenderà un interessante cammino professionale all’interno della divisione **Property&Casualty **presso la sede di Roma.
La figura sarà responsabile della gestione e delivery di progetti, avrà modo di supportare l'attività giornaliera sui clienti e l’attività consulenziale dedicata.
**La persona seguirà le seguenti attività**:
- Gestione e supporto dei clienti esistenti nel portafoglio assegnato;
- Sviluppo nuove opportunità clienti esistenti;
- Visita periodica per misurazione della soddisfazione dei clienti esistenti;
- Sviluppo prospect coordinato con responsabile;
- Attività di interfaccia con il Network WTW per lo sviluppo di clienti/prospect sul territorio locale, con l’utilizzo di specifici tool e template
- Training e presentazione dei piani benefit ai dipendenti delle aziende clienti (profili senior)
- Piazzamento e remarketing programmi dei clienti esistenti
- Piazzamento programmi dei prospect
- Contatto con assicuratori
- Supporto ad A/E CRB negli incontri con i clienti sulle tematiche Property & Casualty
