Adecco Italia Spa, Milano Contact Center, research for leading company in energy networks and energy-related infrastructure, as well as a provider of advanced customer solutions, a Corporate Office Assistant, reporting directly to the Corporate Office and Market Excellence Director.

You will take care of:

- Prepare various types of meetings - you will be responsible for, among other things, organizing and preparing the content of meeting materials, taking the minutes and their distribution, all in English or Italian.
- Communicate and cooperate with departments across the different legal entities.
- Steer cross-functional key company projects
- Assist with the implementation of the Boards' decisions into the company, supporting the communication cascade.

**Requirements**:

- University degree (preferably in economics)
- 3-4 years of experience in comparable/similar roles
- High level communicational skills in oral and written expression, in both Italian and English (level C1-C2)
- Experience in interacting with company management and top management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel

Contract: an initial fixed term contract of 6 months

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-18

Location: Milan, Italy

Gross annual earnings will vary according to experience (30-40K)
