Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Account con un approccio proattivo e curioso
**In questo ruolo ti occuperai di**:
- responsabilità commerciale di tutta la nostra rete di vendita tradizionale, agenzie di assicurazione plurimandatarie, società di brokeraggio, iscritti in E che intermediano il nostro catalogo prodotti.
- presidiare l'operato dei partner
- fare sviluppo sulla rete di vendita, incrementando il fatturato.
**Requisiti**:
- Una forte propensione commerciale per potersi interfacciare telefonicamente o di persona con il\i partner;
- Definizione e monitoraggio budget
- Gestione \ formazione ed analisi dei risultati degli intermediari
- Definizione di campagne commerciali
- Una forte propensione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita;
- Un'attitudine al problem solving ed al lavoro in team, essere preciso ed avere una buona capacità organizzativa;
- Avere una buona conoscenza del settore assicurativo preferibilmente Ramo Danni;
**Completano il profilo**:
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Essere in possesso della patente di guida
- Una buona conoscenza IT (in particolare Calendario e Posta di Outlook, Excel ed Office 365);

Parleremo delle informazioni contrattuali in sede di colloquio in modo da offrirti il giusto compenso adeguandolo alla reale esperienza e alla tua competenza. L’orario di lavoro è Full Time.
