- Capacità di gestire processi e routine in autonomia, con approccio flessibile e adattativo.
- Ottime doti comunicative e di ingaggio del gruppo.
- Preferibile esperienza di organizzazione, erogazione e monitoraggio della formazione sulla sicurezza.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana (scritta e parlata).

DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI OGNI GIORNO CON NOI
- Garantire le prestazioni e la realizzazione delle politiche e delle routine aziendali IKEA in base agli obiettivi assegnati dal Leader S&S / Business Risk & Compliance Manager;
- Garantire la conformità alle leggi e ai regolamenti locali in materia di sicurezza e protezione per la unit assegnata;
- Condurre e aggiornare le valutazioni dei rischi nell'unità per suggerire un piano di mitigazione;
- Condurre corsi di formazione S&S locali per i colleghi in negozio;
- Assicurare il rispetto della Normativa italiana in materia di salute e sicurezza negli ambienti di lavoro, secondo quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 81/08 in particolare sarai un addetto del servizio di prevenzione e protezione.
- Organizzare le visite mediche all’interno dello store.
- Agire come punto di contatto di IKEA per le autorità locali (sicurezza della vita, forze dell'ordine, gestione delle crisi, ecc.) E consulenti (sicurezza antincendio, valutazione del rischio tecnico, ecc.);
- Supportare la gestione del punto vendita nell'implementazione della routine e della procedura S&S;
- Segnalare incidenti / inconvenienti e inserirli nello strumento di segnalazione degli incidenti;
- Garantire che le routine di sicurezza siano stabilite nei nuovi cantieri e che le aperture di nuove aree avvengano in modo sicuro per i colleghi, i clienti e i visitatori;
- Assicurare che i programmi di prevenzione della criminalità e della corruzione del Gruppo IKEA siano implementati, in particolare in relazione a: furto interno ed esterno; frode e corruzione; intrusione; minacce ed estorsioni
- Siano rispettate le regole di gestione del rischio del Gruppo IKEA relative alla sicurezza física, come i sistemi di rilevamento delle intrusioni, i sistemi di controllo degli accessi e i sistemi di trasporto di contanti;
- Analizzare i dati di inventario e garantire l'attuazione di misure di prevenzione efficaci; Gestione di fornitori di sicurezza esterni nei negozi (ad es. Servizio di sorveglianza).
