Job Summary:

MSX International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in the automotive and motorcycle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and technical requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to resolve complex technical issues related to motorcycles and automobiles.
  • Ensure high-quality technical support and documentation to prevent or resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify critical repair issues and communicate with team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive and motorcycle systems, electrical and electronic systems.
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems and ability to read electrical diagrams.
  • Ability to acquire data for diagnosis, read and perform guided tests.
  • Knowledge of warranty and pre-approval procedures.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other technical tools.
  • Fluency in Italian and professional level of English.
  • Field technical support roles in the area.
  • Warranty support activities.

Working Conditions:
